Construction and infrastructure company BL Kashyap and Sons (BLK) has bagged a contract worth Rs 364 crore to carry out civil and structural works for a project in Chennai.

BL Kashyap: Project key details

As per its regulatory filing, ESPN Property Builders and Developers Pvt has awarded a contract worth Rs 364.07 crore to BL Kashyap. The order is for civil and structural works at the commercial project “Embassy Splendid Tech Zone–Block” in Pallavaram, Chennai.

The order is domestic in nature and will be executed within a timeline of approximately 24 months, the company added in its official statement.

The company received the intimation on December 29, 2025. Further, the disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company has clarified that the promoter group does not have any interest in the awarding entity, and no inter-related party transactions are involved.

BL Kashyap: Bags Rs 254 crore work order in Gurugram

Earlier in November, the construction company had received a similar order worth Rs 254 crore from DLF Home Developers. In an exchange filing, the company said it had received the order to carry out civil, structural, rough finishing, and waterproofing works for DLF Home Developers’ project in Sector 63, Gurugram.

The company’s share price closed at Rs 55.6, up nearly 2% from its previous close. Over the past one month, the stock has delivered a return of over 13%.

BL Kashyap: Financial results Q2FY26

For Q2FY26, the construction engineering company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 8.6 crore, compared with a net profit of Rs 9.3 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s revenue from operations rose by nearly 33% year-on-year to Rs 335.1 crore in Q2FY26, compared with Rs 267 crore in Q2FY25. However, on a year-on-year basis, BL Kashyap’s EBITDA remained flat at Rs 20 crore during the quarter.
