Twyn, a phygital twin deeptech powering large manufacturers and OEMs, has been recognised as a winner at Maruti Suzuki’s startup accelerator programme.
According to an official release, the startup will work with the auto company to implement a paid Proof-of-Concept (PoC), at the manufacturing facility at Gurugram. From what it’s understood, Twyn’s platform creates phygital twins that not only replicate a live version of the physical asset and environment, but also brings back insights from the digital twin to the physical environment for optimisation of machinery, inventory, and human resources for the manufacturers. Maruti Suzuki Innovation programs aim to collaborate with startups to catalyse the automobile and mobility industry with its digital solutions.
“Twyn’s phygital twin model aims to simplify the way decision makers analyse, engage and act on real time data from physical assets, reducing the time, cost and resources required for process completion. Our selection in Maruti Suzuki’s innovation programme intends to validate our commitment to offering a global value proposition for large enterprises and OEMs to accelerate smart manufacturing. I believe Maruti Suzuki provides learning opportunities for startups, and we look forward to bringing in the next wave of technology innovation in the manufacturing industry through such partnerships,” Avi Dahiya, founder and CEO, Twyn, said.
