Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), a hospitality company, announced that its brand – Taj has been declared the ‘world’s strongest hotel brand’ by Brand Finance again.

With a 45% increase in brand value to $545 million, Taj has become the world’s strongest hotel brand, as per the Brand Finance’s Hotel 50 2024 report. Furthermore, the report mentioned that Taj’s brand strength index (BSI) score of 92.9 out of 100 earned it an AAA+ rating, with its BSI score climbing more than three points and performing across brand strength metrics such as familiarity, consideration, recommendation, and reputation. 

“This achievement aims to underscore the trust and affection of our guests and dedication and commitment of our colleagues in delivering service,” Puneet Chhatawal, managing director and chief executive officer, IHCL, said.
