Virgin Music Group, a partner to independent artists, labels and entrepreneurs, has announced that the company has extended its deal with Play DMF, a Mumbai-based company founded by producer/actor/entrepreneur Anshal Garg.
“My aim is to create global music that puts India on the world music map, and with Virgin Music Group, we can achieve this on a larger scale. I believe extending this partnership proves the impact we are making in the global music scene,” Garg said.
From what it’s understood, flagging off the extended partnership is a new track called Ittefaq, created by composers Oaff and Savera, with actor Siddhant Chaturvedi debuting as a singer. Reportedly, the song is set for release on June 12, 2024, and the video, which features actor Wamiqa Gabbi alongside Chaturvedi.
