Flipkart, an e-commerce company, launched FlipInTrends that brings together more than 100 homegrown fashion brands in the run up to this year’s festive season. From what is understood, this introduction is an early stage gen AI innovation that utilises merchandising and technological advancements to understand the registered users of the platform. 

“The launch of FlipInTrends marks a significant milestone in our journey to curate cutting-edge trends and redefine the fashion shopping experience for our customers. We are dedicated to supporting and focusing on Indian fashion brands by ensuring that they have access to the best insights, which in turn enables brands to bring the trendiest collections to the Flipkart marketplace,” Pallavi Saxena, senior director, Flipkart Fashion, said.

The initiative also features Rhea Kapoor, stylist as well as Mouni Roy, bollywood actress and Rithvik Dhanjani, actor. Reportedly, FlipInTrends is available on the Flipkart app.
