Running a fintech company isn’t just a job, it’s a full-body, full-heart experience. As co-founder and CEO of PayGlocal, my work lives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and a whole lot of listening. I toggle between boardrooms and brainstorms, overseeing everything from hiring calls to product roadmaps and all that lies in between.

What fuels me daily is the constant exchange of perspectives, whether it’s hearing from a young team member with a wild idea or working with merchants who are taking Indian products global.

The Weekdays

My day usually starts around 3:30 or 4 AM. That quiet window before sunrise is sacred to me. It’s where ideas form, lists get made, and I get to just be, before the day speeds up. Mornings are spent in mom-mode, school runs, snack boxes, maybe gym if time allows, before I switch gears into work. Once I’m at the office, it’s go-time. Some days are packed with decisions; others are about unlearning and reimagining.

Evenings bring me back home—homework check-ins, dinner table debates, and that blissful moment when everyone is under one roof.

The Weekend

Weekends look a little different, but they’re no less full. There’s time to reset the house, run errands, catch up with friends over coffee, and spend unhurried moments with my kids, parents and spouse or long calls with my sister and friends.

The Toys

I’m not into flashy things, but I’m deeply loyal to what works. My phone is basically a second brain, it keeps my work life humming, tracks every meeting, and yes, delivers those essential OTPs.

The Logos

Apple has, unsurprisingly, taken over our lives, it’s seamless, functional, and hard to live without. I also have a soft spot for Indian brands that are making their mark. I admire the hustle behind brands like Sugar, Mamaearth, The Whole Truth Foods, Forest Essentials, and Paper Boat, to name a few.
