Rohit Ohri is the Founder of Ohriginal, a specialized culture consultancy he launched in 2024 after four decades of leading some of the world’s most iconic advertising networks. A titan of the Indian creative industry, Ohri has transitioned from building external brands to building the “internal character” of organizations. Before founding Ohriginal, Ohri’s career was defined by transformative leadership roles at three global giants. As Chairman & CEO (and later Global Partner), he led FCB’s resurgence in India, transforming it into the country’s most globally awarded agency and securing major accounts like Tata Motors and Google. As CEO of Dentsu Asia-Pacific (excluding Japan), he was responsible for reinventing the Japanese giant’s identity in the Indian market and expanding its regional footprint across the continent.
