Ambika Sharma is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Pulp Strategy, a leading independent digital agency and business transformation partner based in New Delhi. With more than 24 years of experience spanning brand strategy, marketing technology (MarTech), and applied AI, Sharma is a recognised pioneer in the digital marketing ecosystem. Her work focuses on helping enterprises navigate the shifting paradigm where brand visibility is increasingly determined by algorithms rather than traditional search indices.

Prior to launching her own venture, Sharma served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Jagran Solutions (the services arm of Jagran Prakashan Limited). Her foundational background also includes leadership roles at Encompass (part of the WPP Group) and the Mudra Group, where she managed large-scale integrated campaigns for global giants like Google, Yahoo, Nokia, and Renault. In 2008, she founded Pulp Strategy, building it from the ground up into a full-service agency that integrates digital execution, brand strategy, and technological solutions to deliver measurable ROI.

In 2025, she became the Product Architect and Inventor of NeuroRank, a patent-pending AI visibility intelligence platform. The tool was developed to address the modern marketing dilemma by tracking and governing how emerging large language models index corporate reputations.
