Jaiswal, finding his form, surpassed the 50-run mark for the first time this season and went on to score an outstanding 104* off just 60 balls, steering RR to victory and maintaining their position at the top of the table with 7 wins in 8 matches.
Earlier in the match, Tilak Varma and Nehal Wadhera showcased a strong middle-order partnership for MI, helping them recover after an early setback against RR. Sandeep Sharma marked his return to the side with a remarkable five-wicket haul, including three crucial wickets in the final over, restricting MI to 179/9.
In a historic moment, Yuzvendra Chahal became the first bowler in IPL history to achieve 200 wickets during the first innings.
