BCCI on Thursday announced Team India’s limited-overs tour of England, set to kick off in July 2026. India’s men’s team will be playing five T20Is and three ODIs across England. The tour is set to commence with a T20I series in July, concluding with the One-Day Internationals(ODIs), with the final match scheduled for July 19.
India’s women’s tour of England is also set to kick off next year in May. The tour will include a 3-match T20I series between the two nations and will be concluded with a test match between both sides that is scheduled to commence on 10th July.
RO-KO to return?
India is set to play England in a five-match T20I series, commencing July 1st. This series could mark India’s first T20I engagement following the T20 World Cup, which will take place in February next year. The T20I series between the two nations will be followed by a three-match ODI series that is set to begin on July 14. The 50-over series might also see the return of India cricket’s dynamic batting duo, which is Rohit and Virat, to England.
Led by skipper Shubman Gill, India is currently playing their 4th Test match against England as part of the Anderson-Tendulkar series. The young Indian side has already lost two of the first three games, with their only win coming in Birmingham.
