Offering a 270 degree view of the Arabian Sea, MasalaBar, situated at Carter Road in Bandra, Mumbai, is spread across 2,100 sq ft candlelit space. The restaurant features its modernist laboratory-styled signature beverage and tapas style contemporary food. Tapas style food menu incorporates modern techniques to create dishes such as Carbon Bhaji and Carbon Pao. Also part of the food menu are dishes such as Channa Tempura Chaat salad, Tandoori Bun Tikka, Mahabaleshwar chilli poppers, Litti Chokha ‘profiterolls’, Calamari rings, Tawaaloo and Tenderloin Chaat among others. To accompany the food, MasalaBar offers a signature list of cocktails like Sunset @ Carter, An Evening at Chowpati and Filter Kaafi Uska.
