The Pixel 8a has officially arrived and it’s every bit like how the rumour mills had painted it to be right from design and colour choices to camera and battery capacity. Like every new Pixel A-series phone, this one also makes you wonder: wouldn’t you be better off buying the Pixel 8 instead? Or, an alternate take could be: does the Pixel 8 even make sense now? The Pixel 8a’s camera setup is a do-over from the Pixel 7a’s which is to say you still get a dual camera setup on the rear with a 64-megapixel primary and 13-megapixel ultra-wide. The front camera, too, remains the same which is 13-megapixel. The camera quality is actually quite nice. (Photo credit: Saurabh Singh/Financial Express)
