CBSE result 2016 class 12: "Starting this year, CBSE will also provide Class XII digital mark sheets in DigiLocker at http://www.digilocker.gov.in. The DigiLocker account credentials will be sent to students via SMS on their mobile number registered with CBSE," an official statement said. "The results will also be available via Android mobile app-DigiResults. As per previous years, the board will also be disseminating its results through IVRS also," it added. In 2016, a total of 10,67,900 candidates registered for the Class 12 exam as against 10,40,368 in 2015. Delhi (including foreign schools) and Panchkula have registered the highest number of candidates with Delhi on 2.9 lakh for class 10 and 2.7 lakh for Class 12 board. (Express photo)

PSEB 12th results 2016: How to check results – STEP 1: Keep your Name (as it appears in your certificate) and date of birth handy; STEP 2: Log onto the official websites pseb.ac.in and punjab.indiaresults.com; STEP 3: Click on the tab which says 'Results' and a new window will open that says Punjab School Education Board and there is a box to fill your data; STEP 4: Type in your details as asked carefully and that too without any mistake – Roll No., Name, mobile number, email ID as applicable (to register only); STEP 5: Choose stream in dropdown feature – Science, Commerce or Arts; STEP 6: Submit; STEP 7: Your results will be flashed onscreen.
