Following the success of Phase 1, Raheja Developers has announced the launch of the ‘Surakshit Nivesh Yojana Scheme’ (Phase 2) at the Delhi Mall Complex project, Main Patel Nagar Road, New Delhi. Renowned actress and environmental activist Dia Mirza inaugurated the scheme.
The Delhi Mall Complex is part of a Public-Private Partnership with DDA, the Government of India, offering investors a lucrative investment opportunity. With a nominal registration fee of Rs 31,000, the scheme features two flexible payment options: “Construction Linked Payment Plan” and “Down Payment Plan”. In addition, the scheme is 33% reserved and offers 5% relaxation to senior citizens and women, thus extending special benefits to them.
Under the Construction Link Payment Plan, buyers must pay 10% of the booking amount within seven days of allocation. Within 90 days, 40% of the basic cost must be paid, followed by three instalments of 10% each within 15 months and the remaining 20% upon the offer of possession.
Meanwhile, under the Down Payment Plan, the shop sizes range from 40 sq. ft. to 150 sq. ft., with the minimum investment price starting from Rs 32.46 lakh. Buyers are required to pay 10% of the booking amount within seven days of allocation. Subsequently, 80% of the basic cost should be paid within 90 days, with the remaining 20% due upon offer of possession.
The RERA-approved project is located on the Main Patel Nagar Road, Delhi, near Kirti Nagar, at a considerable time of 10-15 minutes from Connaught Place, Karol Bagh, Hanuman Mandir (Jhandewalan), and Rashtrapati Bhawan. It is close to highly populated residential catchment areas like Kirti Nagar, Patel Nagar, Punjabi Bagh, Rajendra Nagar, Pitampura, Model Town, Karol Bagh and many more. This complex is under construction and 50% built, and shall be inaugurated soon.
