The allotment of shares was finalised on December 26. The IPO price band was fixed at Rs 668 to Rs 704 per share. Axis Bank, BNP Paribas, and Nuvama Wealth Management were the book-running lead managers of Carraro India, while Link Intime India was the registrar for the issue.
