Samsung’s next A-series smartphone A05s is coming to India next week on October 18. Before its Indian release, it was selling in Malaysia. Although the pricing remains under wraps, GSMArena suggests that it would be priced at around Rs 12,999.
The launch, ie, October 18, notably coincides with the Indian festive season and it may have a positive effect on the users looking for an option in the budget segment.

Samsung Galaxy A05s: specifications, features
It sports a 6.7” Full HD+ LCD with 90Hz refresh rate support and a punch-hole design which will house the front camera of the phone.
Under the hood, it houses a 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset coupled with 6GB RAM that can boost up to 12GB RAM through 128GB built-in storage. Samsung Galaxy A05s promises a “redefined build and finish and will carry forward Samsung’s signature galaxy design.”
In terms of the camera, it has a triple-camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary lens, 2MP depth sensor and 2MP macro lens. On the front, there’s a 13MP lens for selfies and video chats.
The powerhouse of the phone is a 5,000mAh battery with 25W wired charging support. It is available in four colour variants: Black, Silver, Light Green and Violet.

Reliable tipster Abhishek Yadav suggests that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A05s may fall under the Rs 15,000 segment and this also corroborates with the GSMArena’s suggested pricing which is Rs 12,999. Notably, the phone comes at €150.
The suggested pricing complements the specifications. However, it’s important to remember that the specs and price are not officially confirmed and could change at the time of release.
