Oppo Reno 13 series design has been revealed ahead of launch.

The Reno 13 series is coming to India in January 2025, Oppo confirmed today. The series will feature two variants, the Reno 13 Pro and Reno 13. The lineup was recently launched in China.

Oppo is kicking off the hype-train by showcasing the design of the upcoming phones. The Reno 13 Pro will be available in Graphite Grey and Mist Lavender, while the Reno 13 will come in Ivory White and Luminous Blue—all come with a mix of matte and glossy textures made using an innovative grayscale exposure laser direct writing technique.

The Luminous Blue variant of the Reno 13 is exclusive to India, Oppo says. The model features a glowing effect around the camera module.

Beyond aesthetics, the Reno 13 series seems to prioritise both form and function. The Reno 13 Pro is remarkably slim at just 7.55mm thin and weighs a mere 195g. The Reno 13 takes it even further, with the Ivory White model measuring 7.24mm and the Luminous Blue model at 7.29mm, both weighing just 181g.

The phones boast of a one-piece sculpted glass back and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i on the front. The frame is made of aerospace-grade aluminum. The durability aspect is once again being marketed as “armour” after the Find X8 series phones. Ingress protection, too, is top notch with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings. Both devices have OLED displays with the Reno 13 Pro flaunting ultra-slim 1.62mm bezels and a 93.8% screen-to-body ratio, while the Reno13 offers 1.81mm bezels and a 93.4% screen-to-body ratio.

Oppo Reno 13 series expected specs

Under the hood, the Reno 13 series is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8350 chipset, a customised version of the Dimensity 8300.

Both phones feature Oppo’s in-house X1 chip for enhanced wireless connectivity. Both models feature a 50MP main camera (Sony IMX890) with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide lens. The Reno 13 Pro adds a 50MP telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom.

The Reno 13 features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Reno 13 Pro boasts a slightly larger 6.83-inch panel with the same resolution and refresh rate. Both models are equipped with 50MP selfie cameras and optical under-display fingerprint scanners.

It isn’t immediately clear if the India-bound Oppo Reno 13 series will have the same specs. Stay tuned for more updates.
