The Pixel 10 series is coming this year and similar to last year, there will be four models across different price bands to cater to all kinds of premium users. Joining the Pixel 10 series will be the rumoured Pixel Watch 4 smartwatches too.

Since Pixel devices are all about bringing smart new generative AI features to the forefront, we expect tonight’s event to bring us a treasure trove of surprises – features that rest of the industry will adapt for their devices. The leaks and rumours have hinted big changes under the hood this year, thus making these highly anticipated devices more tempting.

Google Pixel 10 series: What the leaks suggest

Similar to last year, Google will bring four new models to the table: the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, a larger Pixel 10 Pro XL, and the foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold.

A common upgrade for all these models will be the new 3nm Tensor G5 chipset, which is hailed as a massive upgrade to the Pixel lineup ever since the Pixel 6 series. Manufactured by TSMC, this new chip is expected to offer substantial gains in performance and efficiency. The G5 could bring huge gains in neural processing for on-board AI features and superior efficiency for better battery life.

Other than the chipset, refinements will be made to the design as well as other aspects. The base Pixel 10 will gain a third telephoto sensor, thus offering three focal lengths for the first time, similar to the Samsung Galaxy S25 and OnePlus 13. Battery life is also expected to be superior than its predecessors.

Pixel Watch 4: A worthy Apple Watch alternative?

The Pixel Watch 4 has also leaked, revealing finer upgrades over its predecessors. The Watch 4 will come in 41mm and 45mm sizes. The display is rumoured to feature a brighter ‘Actua 360’ OLED panel with a peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits, which should make it easy to read texts in direct sunlight.

Under the hood, the watch is said to be powered by the Snapdragon W5 Plus Gen 1 chip, but with the addition of a new M55 co-processor. This combination is expected to deliver a smoother user experience while also being more power-efficient. The 41mm model is rumoured to offer up to 30 hours of stamina with the always-on display active, while the 45mm version could last up to 40 hours. Charging is also getting an upgrade, with reports of it being 25 per cent faster.

The Pixel Watch 4 is expected to support over 40 exercise modes, provide real-time data, and offer advanced tracking features like ECG, blood oxygen (SpO2) monitoring, and heart rate monitoring. Pulse detection could also be a new addition to the feature list. A deeper integration with Google’s AI, Gemini, is also expected, allowing for a smarter experience. Pricing for the Pixel Watch 4 is expected to start at $349.
