While Jitendra Kumar may effortlessly portray the grounded Sachiv ji in Amazon Prime Video’s hit series Panchayat, his off-screen lifestyle tells a different story. A graduate of IIT Kharagpur, Kumar’s rise from internet sketches with The Viral Fever (TVF) to leading roles on OTT platforms has been anything but ordinary. Despite his fame, the actor remains refreshingly low-key. But it’s not stripped of luxury and opulence.

Inside his Mumbai home

Though the actor has kept the details of his residence under wraps, his social media has glimpses of his beautiful house. His Mumbai apartment balances minimalism with bursts of character with colorful furniture, posters of cult films, and eclectic art dominate the space. A rustic guitar leans casually against the wall, while iconic pop culture memorabilia adds personality to every corner.

More than just decor, the home reflects Jitendra’s hands-on approach. Unlike many celebrities who hire professional interior designers, Kumar is known to curate his interiors himself, often sourcing pieces from flea markets and supporting independent artists.

Jitendra Kumar’s car collection

Kumar’s car collection includes a Mercedes Benz GLS 350D (Rs 88.18 lakh), a Mercedes Benz E-Class (Rs 82.10 lakh), a Toyota Fortuner (Rs 48.43 lakh), and a Mini Countryman (Rs 42 lakh). Together, the cars in his garage are worth more than Rs 2.6 crore.

Jitendta Kumar’s acting fee

Jitendra Kumar’s rising popularity in the OTT space has has also been accompanied by a financial leap. According to industry sources including Business Standard and The Times of India, Kumar was reportedly the highest-paid actor in Panchayat Season 3, out-earning even seasoned co-stars Neena Gupta and Raghubir Yadav. While exact figures are not known, estimates suggest his per-season fee lies somewhere between Rs 70 – 80 lakh – a huge jump from his TVF days. Reflecting on those humble beginnings, Kumar once quipped in an interview that his paycheck for Pitchers was “only slightly more than the budget for chai and samosas on set.”

Brand endorsements

Off-screen, Kumar also has a list of brand endorsements and digital campaigns. He is associated with brands like Oswaal Books, Bingo, and Insurance Dekho, among others. Each sponsored post on his social platforms is said to fetch between Rs 3–5 lakh, depending on the scope and duration of the campaign.
