Neha begins every morning with a glass of warm lemon water. This helps boost metabolism, improves digestion, and helps the body burn fat more effectively throughout the day. This small habit helped her make better choices during the day.
2. Do a 1-minute plank for belly fat
Planking may look simple, but it works your entire core. Just one minute of planking every morning helped Neha tone her stomach and build strength in her abs. This is a quick, easy, and effective way even on busy days to strengthen your core.
3. Walk for 30 minutes every day
Neha didn’t depend on fancy gym workouts. A 30-minute walk every day helped her burn calories and stay active. Walking is one of the simplest ways to lose weight and feel good.
4. Take apple cider vinegar before meals
Neha drank a small amount of apple cider vinegar mixed with water before meals. This helped improve her digestion and reduce bloating, which also helped with inch loss. It also kept her blood sugar stable and reduced cravings.
5. Choose healthy snacks
Instead of eating chips or fried snacks, Neha chose protein-rich options like boiled eggs or roasted chana. These snacks made her feel full and kept me from overeating later.
6. Drink fennel tea after meals
To reduce bloating and improve digestion, Neha ended her meals with a cup of warm fennel seed tea. This helps feel lighter and reduces gas or discomfort.
