The 2025 KBS Drama Awards closed out the end-of-year K-drama celebrations on December 31. Presented by Korean Broadcasting System (KBS), the show was hosted by former announcer Jang Sung Kyu and actors Nam Ji Hyun and Moon Sang.
Recipients at this year’s KBS Drama Awards made it a point to honour the late veteran actor Lee Soon Jae, who passed away last month. For Eagle Brothers co-stars Uhm Ji Won and Ahn Jae Wook shared the Grand Prize at KBS Hall in Yeouido-dong, Seoul.
Both were left teary-eyed, as they remembered Lee Soon Jae, who scripted history at last year’s KBS Drama Awards as the oldest Daesang recipient.
