K-pop giants BTS is rumoured to have stayed at a lavish, palace-like mansion in Hollywood’s favourite Beverly Hills. While the agency has not responded to the buzz yet, netizens seem to have decoded the place, dubbing it the Dynamite crooner’s temporary residence during their stay in Los Angeles. Pictures of the property have been making rounds online after fans began linking details of the house with posts shared by the members.
BTS’ V photo sparks rumours of BTS’ US house
The speculation arose after Kim Taehyung, aka V, recently uploaded a photo on his Instagram that seemed to match the background of the lavish estate. With BTS spotted frequently around LA in recent months while preparing for group projects, many believe this mansion served as their base.
A mansion with Hollywood views
Rental site details show that the mansion sits on a hill with views of Los Angeles. It has eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and can host up to 16 people. The rent is around $8,500 for one night, which totals up to nearly $248,000 for a month.
Fans were quick to compare official listing photos of the house with clips and content shared by BTS members over the past few months, and ended up pointing out similarities. Many were stunned by the sheer size of the place, describing it as “palace-like” and “something out of The Sims.”

The inside view of BTS’ rumoured
The scale of the mansion has left fans both impressed and amused. Some recalled RM’s past comment during a livestream, where he revealed that members had to clap to find each other because the house was so large. That story now makes sense to many after seeing pictures of the rumoured property.
Others remembered J-Hope’s stay in Los Angeles, which was shown on I Live Alone, suggesting that while his temporary lodging looked impressive, this rumoured Beverly Hills mansion was in a different league altogether.

Netizens react to the luxury
Online, reactions have been pouring in. Some fans said they’d only seen homes like this in movies, on Pinterest, or while playing The Sims. Others joked about how long it would take to find another member inside, or how you could lose weight just walking around the property.
“So cool, must’ve been nice not being disturbed by paparazzi,” a person commented. “You wouldn’t even know if a member was home lol,” another said. “This really looks like a palace, it’s insane,” a third added. “Wow, now I get why they got lost inside during a live.”
Many also hoped BigHit would release behind-the-scenes content filmed at the house, while others pointed out how living in such a place truly shows the superstar status of BTS.
While the rumours have not been confirmed, the Beverly Hills mansion has already become a hot topic among fans. For many, it symbolises BTS’ global reach, going from life in apartments in Seoul to residing in Hollywood-style mansions overseas. Whether or not this was indeed their US dorm, the house has certainly captured the imagination of ARMYs worldwide.
