TBSE Tripura 10th,12th Result 2024 Highlights: The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has announced the results for Class 10th madhyamik and Class 12th Higher Secondary (HS) on May 24, 2024. Students can check their scorecard on the official websites of Tripura Board – tbresults.tripura.gov.in and tbse.tripura.gov.in.
Class 10th board exams were conducted from March 2, 2024, to March 23, 2024, while Class 12th exams took place from March 1, 2024, to March 23, 2024. This year, TBSE held Class 10th exams in 69 centres across 144 venues, and Class 12th exams in 60 centres across 98 venues.
According to Agartala Board data, approximately 38,559 students appeared for the Class 10th exams, while around 27,627 students took the Class 12th exams in 2024.
It may be noted the number of students who appeared for the Class 10th and Class 12th board exams in 2024 was lower than in the previous year, 2023. In 2023, approximately 43,730 students appeared for the Tripura Class 10th exams, and around 38,125 students took the Class 12th exams. This decrease may be attributed to several schools transitioning to Vidyajyoti.

The pass percentage for the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTADC) exams is as follows: Class 10 has a pass percentage of 85.01%, while Class 12 has a pass percentage of 70.57%.

The number of students who appeared for the Class 10th and Class 12th board exams in 2024 was notably lower compared to 2023. In 2023, approximately 43,730 students sat for the Tripura Class 10th exams, while around 38,125 students took the Class 12th exams.
Noting the decline in academic performance among class 10 and 12 students, the education board is considering implementing Bochhor Bachao (save-a-year) exams for those who are unable to pass their exams on the first attempt. A decision on this is expected to be announced on May 24.
Last year, the pass percentage for class 10 was 86.02 percent, and for class 12, it was 83.24 percent. According to TBSE chief Dr. Bhabatosh Saha, this represented an 11 percent decline from the 2022 results.
Candidates must collect their original mark sheets from school authorities at a later date. The mark sheet will include the students' personal details, their scores in various subjects, and their cumulative score.
