PSEB Punjab board Class 8th Result OUT at pseb-ac-in: The Punjab Secondary Education Board (PSEB) has announced the Class 8th results for 2025. Students who appeared for the exams can now view their results on the official website, pseb.ac.in.
PSEB Class 8th Results 2025: How to check PSEB Class 8th Result
To access their mark sheets, candidates need to enter their roll number and name on the result portal. While the online mark sheet is provisional, official mark sheets will be available at the respective schools once the results are formally released.
PSEB Class 8 Result 2025: Previous Year’s Performance
In 2024, 2,91,917 students appeared for the Punjab Board Class 8 exams, with 2,86,987 passing, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 98.31%. Girls had a slightly higher pass rate of 98.83%, while boys recorded a pass percentage of 97.84%.
The PSEB Class 8th results for 2023 were announced on April 28. Government schools had an overall pass rate of 97.88%, while non-government schools achieved a higher pass rate of 99.12%. Aided schools had a slightly lower pass percentage of 94.44%.
The Punjab Board also publishes a list of toppers along with the Class 8 results. In 2024, Harnoorpreet Kaur topped with a perfect score of 100%, followed by Gurleen Kaur with 99.67% and Armandeep Singh with 99.5%.
