UP Board Class 12th Results 2020 Updates: Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma declared the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) Prayagraj Class 10, 12 result on Saturday, June 27. Exams were concluded in March, however, due to coronavirus lockdown, students had to wait for nearly three months for their results to be announced. Prayagraj headquartered UPMSP said that over 56.11 lakh students appeared in the UP Board Class 10, 12 exams this year. The pass percentage in UP Board class 10 remained 83.31 per cent this year, which is better than 80.07 per cent in 2019. The pass percentage of UP Board Class 12 Result 2020 remained 74.64 per cent. Last year 70.2 per cent students had passed the intermediate exams in UP. Students need at least 35 per cent marks in each subject and also overall to pass their respective exams. Candidates can check their results at these websites: upmsp.edu.in, upresults.nic.in, and upmspresults.up.nic.in. Board exams were conducted from February 18 to March 6 and the evaluation of the answer books was completed in 23 days,Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma said.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister had a special message for students of UP Board Class 10, 12 after their results were declared today. Here's what the CM said:
Students of UP Board Class 10, 12 who are not satidfied with their results and want to opt to re-evaluation can do so easily. However, candidates will need to pay Rs 500 for each subject to the paper to be re-evaluated.

For the first time, the UP Board will be issuing e-marksheets to Class 10, 12 students this year. UP Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma said the decision was taken in view of the Coronavirus pandemic due to which printing of hard copy of marksheets is difficult. The e-marksheets will be made available from July 15 for Class 10 and around July 30 for Class 12 students, the minister added.
The toppers of UP Board Class 12 exam will receive Rs 1 lakh each and a laptop, Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma has announced, reports Indian Express.
Girls have once again outperformed boys in UP Board Class 12 exam results of which were declared today. While 74.63 per cent girls passed the intermediate exam, only 68.88 per cent boys could clear the UP Class 12 exam.
UP Board Class 12 topper Anurag Malik has got 97 per cent marks. Pranjal Singh is on the spot, while Utkarsh Shukla has grabbed the third rank, Indian Express reported.

Baghpat resident Riya Jain has topped UP Board Class 10 with 96.67 per cent marks. Abhimanyu Verma got second rank with 95.53 per cent marks and Yogesh Pratap Singh secured the third rank with 95.33 per cent marks in Class 10.
The pass percentage in UP Board class 10 remained 83.31 per cent this year, which is better than 80.07 per cent in 2019.
Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma, while declaring the UP Board Class 10, 12 results, said that this year students have scored better than previous years. The board has checked over 2 crore answer sheets in a record 21 days, he said.

UP Board Class 12 students can also check their result through SMS. To get your subject wise marks, send SMS - UP12<space>ROLLNUMBER - to 56263. UP Board Class 10, Class 12 results are scheduled to be announced in a short while from now.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has tweeted to wish Class 10, 12 students of UP Board who are expecting their results to be declared today. In his message, CM Adityanath said exams are just a medium of self-assessment.

2: Click on the ‘result link’
3: Enter registration number, roll number and other required details
4: Subject wise result will appear on the screen
5: You are advised to download it and also take a print out of the same for future use.
UP Board Class 10 students can also check their result via SMS service. Students are required to send an SMS ‘UP10 ’ and to 56263. You will get your board results on your phone.
