UGC NET December 2024 Exam: When does the correction window open?
Candidates will have the opportunity to correct their details in the application form from December 12 to 13. After the correction window closes, the respective exam centre city will be announced, and admit cards will be released soon after.
In June, following the exam, the Centre had cancelled the UGC NET exam, which is crucial for entry-level teaching jobs and PhD admissions in universities in India. This decision came after the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) raised concerns about the integrity of the exam. A screenshot of a UGC-NET paper was found to be circulating on Telegram during the exam, with comments suggesting it had been leaked before the first session. In August, the Agency announced revised dates, and the UGC NET was conducted between August 21 and September 4 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
