The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has started the online registration process for the Integrated Common Entrance Test (TG ICET or TS ICET) 2025 today, March 10. Interested candidates can apply through the official website — icet.tgche.ac.in. The regular application window will remain open until Saturday, May 3, while late applications can be submitted up to May 26, with an additional fee.

Application fees

Rs 750 for General category candidates

Rs 550 for SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates

Late fees apply as follows:

Rs 250 for applications submitted between May 4 and May 17

Rs 500 for applications submitted between May 18 and May 26

The TG ICET is conducted for admission into MBA and MCA programmes offered by university colleges, constituent colleges, and affiliated colleges under these universities:

  1. Osmania University (OU), Hyderabad
  2. Kakatiya University (KU), Warangal
  3. Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU), Nalgonda
  4. Palamuru University (PU), Mahbubnagar
  5. Satavahana University (SU), Karimnagar
  6. Telangana University (TU), Nizamabad
  7. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTU-H)
  8. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (Dr. BRAOU), Hyderabad
  9. Prof. Jayashankar Agricultural University (PJAU), Hyderabad

Exam dates and medium

TG ICET 2025 will be held on June 8 and 9, with two shifts on both days.

Section A – Analytical Ability: English & Telugu / English & Urdu

Section B – Mathematical Ability: English & Telugu / English & Urdu

Section C – Communication Ability: English only

Qualifying marks

To qualify, candidates must score at least 25% (50 out of 200 marks). However, there is no minimum qualifying mark for candidates from Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST).

Ranking criteria

State-wide ranks will be assigned based on merit. In case of a tie, the following criteria will be used:

Marks in Section A

Marks in Section B

Age (older candidates given preference)

Note: The ranks obtained in TG ICET 2025 will be valid only for admissions in the 2025–26 academic year.
