PSEB Punjab Board Class 8th,12th Board Result Result OUT: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) announced the PSEB Class 8th and 12th Results 2024 on Tuesday (April 30). These results were declared at 4 pm today. Students who appeared for the Class 8 and Class 12 board examinations in the state can access their scores through the official website of PSEB at pseb.ac.in on May 1. 

The Punjab Board declared the Class 12 results in a press conference, where they also announced the names of the toppers in Science, Arts, and Commerce streams, along with pass percentages and other details.

PSEB Class 8th, 12th Result: Pass percentage for Class 12th

The overall pass percentage in Class 12 is 93.04 per cent. In total Pass percentage girls outshine boys in class 12 in the state by scoring 95.74% whereas boys code 90.74%. As many as 2,84,452 students had appeared in the exams, out of which 2,64,662 passed. A total of 2,981 students failed the PSEB Punjab Board exam, accounting for 1.04 per cent of the total students who appeared for the exam.

This year a total of 2,91,917 students appeared in the PSEB Punjab exam out of which 2,86,987 passed the Punjab Board class 8th exam.

Ekampreet Singh of BCM Sr Secondary School, Ludhiana bags the top position with 100 per cent marks. Ravi Uday Singh secured the second position in the PSEB Punjab Board. He is a student of Govt Sr. Secondary School Shri Muktsar Sahib and also achieved a perfect score of 100 per cent.

Harnoorpreet Kaur from Govt. Sr. Secondary School and Bhai Rupa from Bathinda district have achieved the highest score in the state with 100 percent marks.

Step 2: On the homepage, find and click on the Punjab Board 12th Result 2024 link.

Step 3: Enter the necessary details and click on the submit button.

Step 4: The PSEB 12th Result 2024 will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Download and print the result for future reference.

The Punjab School Education Board held this year’s class 8th examinations on March 7, 11, 12, 15, 16, 18, 20, 21, and 27, while class 12 examinations were held from February 13 to March 30. As many as 3 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 board examination in the state.
