NEET UG Result 2024 Toppers: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) results on June 4 on its official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. The exam was conducted on May 5, 2024, and a total of 24,06,079 candidates registered for the examination, out of which 23,33,297 appeared.
About 67 candidates have topped the NEET 2024 exam, as per the topper’s list released by the NTA alongside the results. Among these top achievers who secured the first AIR rank, 11 are from Rajasthan. Additionally, there are seven girls who have secured AIR Rank 1.

The official data shows that 56.4 per cent of candidates have passed the exam which is same as the last year’s record, of 56.2 per cent. The NTA reported that there are 5,47,036 male candidates, 7,69,222 are female and 10 are transgender candidates.
The examination was conducted in 13 languages: Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
NEET-UG serves as the qualifying entrance exam for admission to various medical and healthcare programs, including Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS), Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS), Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), and BSc (H) Nursing courses.
