NEET UG 2024 Admissions: The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has begun the second round of registration for NEET UG 2024 counseling on September 5. This round is aimed at securing admissions to MBBS and BDS programs through the All India Quota (AIQ) in various medical and dental colleges.
The deadline for registration is September 10, and applicants can complete the process at mcc.nic.in. Candidates participating for the first time in this round must submit the registration fee and select their preferred colleges and courses again. However, those who registered during the first round but either did not secure a seat or failed to report to their allotted seat are exempt from re-registering.
NEET UG 2024 Counseling Schedule:
Choice filling and locking:September 6 to September 10 (up until 11:55 pm)
Seat allotment processing: September 11 to 12
Result declaration: September 13
Reporting and joining: September 14 to 20
Verification of joined candidates: September 21 to 22
For technical assistance, institutions can contact MCC between 10 am and 6 pm at 011-69227413, 69227416, 69227419, or 69227423. A stray vacancy round may be conducted depending on the number of seats remaining after the two main counseling rounds.
This counseling includes 15% AIQ seats as well as seats in central and deemed universities, private institutions, Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) institutes, AIIMS, and JIPMER.
