According to an Indian Express report, the individual scorecards can be accessed by candidates who have appeared for the medical entrance test, on August 29. In its earlier notification, NBEMS had said the results would be declared by September 3. However, an official from the National Medical Commission (NMC) had said that the results may get declared between August 20 and 21.

The exam was held on August 3 this year in a single shift. The paper had 200 multiple-choice questions, each with four answer options in English. Candidates had to choose the most correct or suitable answer for each question. The total time given for the exam was 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Qualifying marks for different categories
For General and EWS category, the qualifying percentage is 50%.
For SC/ST/OBC (including PwD of SC / ST / OBC) categories, the qualifying percentage is 40%
For UR PwD category, the qualifying percentage is 45%.

According to an RTI, National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences paid Tata Consultancy Services over Rs 24 crore to conduct the NEET PG 2024 exam. For NEET PG 2023, TCS was paid Rs 13.29 crore for conducting the medical entrance test.
Of the current Rs 24 crore, Rs 12.34 crore went spent for computer-based test, Rs 89.58 lakh for CCTV surveillance and Rs 11.02 crore for the deferred exam. NBEMS also paid Rs 1.94 crore and Rs 2.13 crore to subject matter experts in FY 2023–24 and 2024–25, respectively.
