Jamia Millia Islamia has introduced an MTech program in Environmental Health, Risk, and Safety Management. The application deadline for this program is October 27, and interested candidates can submit their applications through the official Jamia website—jmicoe.in.

This two-year course is divided into four semesters, with an annual tuition fee of Rs 45,275. The entrance exam for the program is scheduled for November 3, and applicants must fill out a separate form available on the JMI website. Admission will be based on the results of the entrance exam conducted by Jamia.

Eligible candidates must hold a degree such as MSc in Environmental Studies/Environmental Science, BTech, BE, or BPlanning from a recognized institution or university, with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in their qualifying exams.

The program is designed to equip professionals with the expertise to assess, manage, and reduce environmental pollution, health risks, and safety concerns in industrial environments. According to an official statement from Jamia Millia Islamia, this course aims to foster leadership skills in the field, enabling graduates to promote sustainable practices within industries.
