The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) today announced the results for the CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final exams held in May 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exams can now check their scores on the official ICAI website — icai.nic.in.
Although the CA Inter and Final results were originally scheduled for release at 2 pm and the Foundation results at 5 pm, ICAI surprised candidates by publishing all results ahead of the announced timings.
Candidates can now check their ICAI CA May 2025 results by entering their registration number and roll number on the official website. This year, 14,247 candidates have successfully qualified as Chartered Accountants.
In the CA Intermediate (Group I) exam, 97,034 candidates appeared, out of which 14,232 passed, marking a pass percentage of 14.67%.
The CA Foundation exams were conducted on May 15, 17, 19, and 21, while the CA Intermediate and Final exams were held between May 16 and 24 for both Group I and Group II papers.

- Select your exam — Foundation, Inter, or Final
- Enter your registration number and roll number
- View your result on the screen
- Download and save it for future reference

The CA Foundation exams were conducted on May 15, 17, 19, and 21, while the CA Intermediate and Final exams took place from May 16 to 24 for both Group 1 and Group 2 papers. As per data released by ICAI, a total of 82,662 candidates appeared across 551 exam centres. Of these, 12,474 candidates cleared the exam, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 15.09%.
