Bengaluru-based edtech company Great Learning has launched two AI-powered learning tools aimed at enhancing digital education through personalised support and guidance.

The company’s new AI Mentor and AI Teacher platforms are designed to provide round-the-clock learning assistance. Since its initial beta rollout, the AI Mentor has generated over 400,000 coding hints, resolved 130,000 learner queries, and conducted 300+ mock interviews.

AI Mentor offers 24/7 doubt resolution and real-time coding support, providing intelligent hints to help students solve programming challenges without directly revealing solutions. The tool also simulates job interview scenarios to help learners build confidence.

The AI Teacher goes further by customising lessons based on individual learner contexts, evaluating understanding, identifying knowledge gaps, and providing personalized feedback. This complements the existing mentorship from industry experts and faculty. The new AI tools will be branded under ‘Glaide’, a combination of Great Learning’s initials, ‘AI’, and ‘aide’.

The company plans to expand these AI-powered learning experiences to broader audiences in the coming months.

Great Learning’s founder and CEO Mohan Lakhamraju said: “We are leveraging AI to bring the magic of great teachers to everyone”.

Great Learning currently serves over 12 million learners from 170 countries, with paid leaders from over 95 countries, offering programmes in collaboration with academic institutions across business, technology, and interdisciplinary domains.
