The announcement will be made by Sunil Kumar, Honorable Minister, Education Department, Bihar. The event will witness the presence of S Siddharth, Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, Bihar, alongside other dignitaries. To access their BSEB Matric Class 10 results, students will need to enter their registration number or roll number and password. Once the results are released, students will be able to download their provisional scorecards from the official websites. However, the official scorecard, signed by the Board, will be provided later and will be required for admission purposes.
BSEB Matric Class 10 Results 2025: Exam Details
The BSEB Matric Class 10 exams were held from February 15 to 25, 2025, for more than 15 lakh students across Bihar. The exams were conducted in two shifts: the morning shift from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM and the afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM. To ensure the smooth conduct of the exams, the Board implemented Section 144 within a 200-meter radius of the exam centers. Strict measures were also put in place to ensure the fairness of the exams.
BSEB Matric Class 10 Results 2025: Rewards for top performers
In recognition of the top-performing students, the BSEB will award significant prizes to the top three rank holders. The student securing the first rank will receive Rs 1 lakh along with a laptop, while the second-ranking student will get Rs 75,000 and a laptop. The third-ranking student will be awarded Rs 50,000 and a laptop.
BSEB Matric Class 10 Results 2025: Last Year’s Performance
In 2024, the BSEB Matric results were announced on March 31, with over 82% of students passing. The exams were conducted between February 15 and 23, 2024. The breakdown of last year’s performance is as follows:
- First Division: 4,52,302 students (2,52,846 boys and 1,99,456 girls)
- Second Division: 5,24,965 students (2,52,121 boys and 2,72,844 girls)
- Third Division: 3,80,732 students (1,66,093 boys and 2,14,639 girls)
- Pass Category: 21,843 students
Last year, Shivankar Kumar topped the BSEB Matric exams, while in Patna district, Rahul Kumar achieved the highest score of 485, followed by Rimjhim Kumari with 479 marks and Farhan Akhtar with 477 marks.
