Amity University has signed a memorandum of understanding with Colorado State University to explore the various partnership opportunities in the area of Management, Engineering, Biotechnology, Law, Journalism and Communication and Fine Arts, as per the press release from the university. 

For that purpose, a delegation from Colorado State University, led by Amy Parsons, president, Colorado State University, visited Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida Campus recently. 

“The warmth and hospitality extended to us by Amity University is really admirable and it speaks volumes about the Amity culture. Amity’s achievements in the area of research and innovation are truly remarkable and we are glad to collaborate with such a highly prestigious institution. The student Exchange Programme and Guest Lecture Series will be highly beneficial for both Universities. The collaboration in other areas such as healthcare and cyber security will also add immense value to the pedagogy and curriculum of both institutions,” Amy Parsons, president, Colorado State University, said.

During the visit, the HOIs of Amity University introduced themselves to the distinguished guests and the delegation took a round of the Amity Innovation Incubator, Central Library and Amity School of Communications Studio.

“Some of the specific areas which can be explored to strengthen this relationship include Faculty Exchange Programmes, Student Exchange Programmes, Joint, Articulation Agreements, Twinning and Dual Degrees, having joint campuses and providing internship opportunities to the students. In addition, Joint research, India Immersion Program and Study Abroad Program, are some other ways in which the two Universities can collaborate,” Gurinder Singh, group vice chancellor, Amity Universities, said.
