The Gurnam Singh Charuni-led faction, which is based in Haryana, took out tractor marches at several places including Kurukshetra, Yamunanagar and Sirsa in solidarity with the protesting farmers. In Kurukshetra, Charuni led the tractor march at Pehowa. It started from the Grain market and took out the march in the town. Over 150 tractors participated in the march and the protesters were raising slogans against the government and in favour of farmers' unity. (PTI)
Charuni expressed full support for the ongoing protests in Punjab and announced plans for a 'mahapanchayat' of farm organizations, labour unions, and sarpanch unions to strategize further actions. BKU (Charuni) had previously conducted protests at toll plazas in Haryana.

Former Jammu and Kashmir CM Ghulam Nabi Azad said that the government must resolve the demands by the farmers once and for all, as this is the second time they are protesting.
What farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher said:
-If it (Centre) brings out an ordinance, it can bring it overnight, if it wants to. If the government wants a resolution of the farmers' protest, then it should bring an ordinance with immediate effect that it will enact a law on MSP, then discussions can proceed further.
-On the issue of farm debt waiver, the government is saying that the loan amount has to be assessed. The government can collect data from banks in this regard, he said adding, "It is a question of will power." (PTI)
During a press conference at the Punjab-Haryana Shambhu border, farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal said that the Union government announced (MSP) for 23 crops but purchased only 2-3 crops. "We want to end the loot by corporates (in buying crops) as the first step," he said.
Haryana Police reported the passing of Sub-Inspector Hiralal, who served in the Haryana Railway Police (GRP) and was stationed at the Shambhu border during the farmers' 'Delhi Chalo' march. The 52-year-old officer's health abruptly declined while on duty on Friday, as per police sources. Despite prompt medical attention at Ambala Civil Hospital, his condition could not be stabilized, and he unfortunately succumbed to his illness.
