In a shocking incident, three members of a family were found dead in the Neb Sarai area of South Delhi on Wednesday. The man discovered the bodies after returning from his morning walk. He found his mother, father, and sister lifeless inside their home.

A neighbor shared that the man had gone for his morning walk and had locked the door from the outside before leaving. The victims have been identified as Rajesh, Komal, and their daughter Kavita. When the police arrived at the scene, they found that all three had been stabbed to death. Authorities are still investigating the case.

However, at this stage, the police have not determined the reason behind the crime. Neighbors were seen consoling the son, who is reportedly too shocked to make any statements about the incident.

The rise in criminal activity in Delhi has become a growing concern. On Tuesday, the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) submitted notices in the Rajya Sabha, asking for a discussion on the increasing crime rate.

AAP MPs Sanjay Singh and Raghav Chaddha submitted the notices to bring attention to the issue. In his notice, Sanjay Singh highlighted that 2024 has seen a disturbing rise in criminal activities in the capital. According to Singh, there has been an 18% increase in attempted murders, a 25% rise in thefts, and a 23% jump in robberies in the city.
