Bihar Electoral Roll 2025, Download Voter ID Online: The final phase of campaigning for Bihar elections will conclude on Tuesday evening as the silence period of 48 hours will kick in. Top leaders including PM Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, JP Nadda, Yogi Adityanath, Rahul Gandhi, Tejashwi Yadav, Priyanka Gandhi and others addressed a number of rallies and public meetings to woo voters.

The first phase of voting for the Bihar election 2025 will take place on Nov 4, and the citizens must be aware they need to carry a valid document at the polling station, that proves their identity and matches with the details in the voter roll available with the booth level official.

The Election Commission of India (ECI) now allows citizens to download their digital voter ID cards (e-EPIC). This can be done directly through the official website of the commission.

A voter can download his/her digital voter ID (e-EPIC) from either the NVSP (National Voters’ Service Portal) website or the Voter Helpline app.

  • If using the NVSP, the voter should first visit https://www.nvsp.in/ and click on “Login/Register” option.
  • The portal will then ask your mobile number, email ID, or EPIC number. Then go to “Download e-EPIC” option.
  • Enter your EPIC number or Form Reference Number and then verify your registered mobile number via OTP.
  • Click “Download e-EPIC”. This will download your digital voter ID as a PDF file.

Through the Voter Helpline App

  • Download the Voter Helpline App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store and log in using your mobile number and OTP.
  • Go to the “Download e-EPIC” section, and enter your EPIC number and verify your identity and download your voter ID card instantly.

In case you do not remember your voter ID number or have misplaced your voter ID card, then go to https://electoralsearch.eci.gov.in/

enter your name, father’s name, district, and state. This will list out the details matching to your selections. Once your find yours, download the EPIC card.
