3.29 pm: Temperature affects voter turnout in Kalaburgi! ANI reports: “43-degree Celsius temperature in Kalaburgi affects the voter turn out. Locals say, ‘there was a rush at the booths in the morning, but now there is hardly any crowd at the booths as the temperature is quite high. Right now, it is more than 40 degrees.”
3.12 pm: Shocking! Congress, BJP workers allegedly caught distributing cash in Bengaluru.
BJP and Congress workers were allegedly caught distributing cash for votes outside Nalini Raghunatha Rao degree college polling booth in South Bangalore, reports India Today. The report says Congress and BJP were caught distributing Rs 600 and Rs 500 respectively to voters.
