LTIMindtree on November 19 announced the expansion of its global collaboration with Microsoft to support wider adoption of Microsoft Azure and drive AI-powered business transformation for enterprises.

Under this collaboration, the digital solutions company will partner with Microsoft to enable faster cloud adoption and deploy AI-driven solutions across businesses to help customers, the company said in an official statement. The company added that as a Global System Integrator partner for Microsoft, the collaboration will be aimed at improving time-to-value, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting enterprise growth.

“It combines LTIMindtree’s industry expertise with Microsoft’s advanced AI capabilities, including Azure OpenAI in Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Fabric,” LTIMindtree said in its statement. The joint offering will target intelligent automation, workplace modernization, and sector-specific cloud deployment programs, it added.

LTIMindtree has also adopted the full Microsoft security stack including Defender XDR, Sentinel, Intune, Windows Autopatch, and Entra ID across multiple endpoints. According to the company, this deployment is designed to secure hybrid and multi-cloud environments and support automated threat responses to help prevent cyberattacks. LTIMindtree has also rolled out Microsoft 365 Copilot internally to improve productivity and accelerate internal workflows, it added.

LTIMindtree Share Price

Following the announcement, the share price of LTIMindtree has risen nearly 3% in intraday trading. Over the past five sessions, the company’s shares have gained close to 1%.
