NBCC has been selected to develop a 95-acre project on the Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO) land in Jaipur. The projected cost of the proposed infrastructure is Rs 3,700 crore.
NBCC has been selected to lead the design, build, and marketing of multiple commercial infrastructure projects in Rajasthan. The Navratna company will develop the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre and Global Capability Centre (GCC Tower), IT Tower, luxury hotels, and residential infrastructure.
The mega project has received approval from the state cabinet of the Rajasthan government. The Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre is at the centre of the project. The convention centre will be built on 25 acres, with 2 lakh square meters of built-up area. It will have a capacity of hosting 7000-7500 visitors.
NBCC dividend payment
Earlier on August 7, NBCC declared August 29 as the record date for determining the eligible shareholders for dividend payment. The company is paying a dividend of Rs 0.14 per equity share for the fiscal year 2024-25.
NBCC Q1 results
NBCC posted a profit growth of 31.6 per cent YoY in the first quarter of FY26. The company posted a profit after tax of Rs 114 crore in the quarter. While the company’s profit showed good growth, its income remained flat in the quarter. The company’s total income in the quarter stood at Rs 1,713 crore, growing just 1.73 per cent.
The company’s profit showed a good growth in the quarter due a good growth in its EBITDA margin. The company’s EBITDA margins stood at 5.88 per cent in Q1 FY26, improving 22.26 per cent in the quarter.
In the quarter, NBCC secured a total of Rs 2,412 crore of new business.
