MTAR Technologies has received an additional order worth Rs 310 crore from Megha Engineering & Infrastructures for the supply of various critical equipment for the Kaiga 5 and Kaiga 6 civil nuclear reactors.

The order is a continuation of the company’s earlier disclosure made on December 6.

MTAR’s nuclear order book touches Rs 504 crore in December

“The Company has received total orders aggregating to Rs 504 crore for the Kaiga – 5 & 6 reactors in the current month including an earlier order worth Rs 194 crore,” the company said in its BSE release. 

The previous order was for the supply of end fittings and associated components and has to be executed by April 2028.

The company sais that the deliveries will be made in a staggered manner, with the execution timeline running up to February 2030.

Amended order lifts total deal size to Rs 370.56 crore

Previously, on December 15, the company had also received an amended purchase order from an existing customer, taking the total order value to about Rs 370.56 crore from the earlier Rs 271.75 crore disclosed in November 2025. However, the company did not disclose the customer’s name due to confidentiality.
