Godrej Consumer Products reported a 6.5 per cent profit decline in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025-26. The consumer goods company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 459 crore in Q2 FY26. Godrej Consumer’s net profit in Q2 FY25 was at Rs 491 crore. 

Furthermore, Godrej Consumer reported a 4.33 per cent YoY revenue growth in the quarter. The company reported  Rs 3,825 crore consolidated revenue from operations in Q2 FY26. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, the FMCG major’s consolidated revenue was Rs 3,666 crore. 

Godrej Consumer announces dividend 

Godrej Consumer’s board of directors has approved an interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity for FY26. The company has fixed November 7 as the record date for determining the names of eligible shareholders.

Godrej Consumer said that the dividend will be paid on or before November 30, 2025. 

Godrej Consumer acquires grooming brand

Godrej Consumer Products said that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the FMCG business under the ‘Muuchstac’ brand via slump sale from Trilogy Solutions. The company said that it will acquire a 100 per cent stake in the business for approximately Rs 400 crore to Rs 500 crore.

The company said the brand is one of India’s fastest-growing men’s grooming brands, with a strong leadership position in the men’s facewash segment
