Garden Reach Shipbuilders Q2 FY26 profit jumps 57%, declares Rs 5.75 interim dividend

Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers posted 57.29 per cent profit growth in the second quarter

Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers posted 57.29 per cent profit growth in the second quarter of the financial year 2025-26. The public sector company reported a net profit of Rs 153.78 crore in Q2 FY26. Last fiscal year, the company’s net profit was at Rs 97.77 crore.

Furthermore, Garden Reach Shipbuilders reported 45 per cent revenue growth in the quarter. The company’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 1,677.38 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 1,152.92 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Additionally, the board of directors of Garden Reach Shipbuilders has approved an interim dividend of Rs 5.75 per equity share. The company stated that it will pay a total dividend of Rs 65 crore to its shareholders. The company has fixed November 11 as the record date for dividend payment.
