With Ayodhya all decked up and all set for the inauguration ceremony of the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Temple, India Inc too is participating in the fervour with various launches and campaigns. The long-awaited ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of Ram Lalla will take place in the temple on Monday. The consecration ceremony comes days after the 51-inch idol of Ram Lalla was placed in the ‘garbha griha’ of the Ram Mandir on 18 January. The ‘pran-pratishtha’ ceremony will begin at 12:20 PM auspicious nakshatra and is expected to end by 1:00 PM on 22 January in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, seers and nearly 7,000 guests.

ITC: ITC announced that its Agarbatti brand, Mangaldeep has joined hands with the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra to implement various initiatives in honour of the occasion. As part of the association, Mangaldeep has donated its flagship dhoop, the “Mangaldeep 3 in 1 Dhoop”, for a duration of six months from the Temple’s opening date. This gesture aims to facilitate the daily puja rituals for the pandits, ensuring a seamless and aromatic devotional experience. On the day of the inauguration, Mangaldeep will be enhancing the devotees’ spiritual experience by installing a unique “Khushboo Path” within the Temple premises. The corridor, adorned with 5 foot tall agarbattis, has been meticulously crafted to diffuse the auspicious fragrance of Mangaldeep agarbatti throughout the Temple. Two agarbatti stands have also been installed at ‘Ram Ki Phedi’ where devotees can light incense sticks and offer their prayers to Lord Ram. To facilitate the management of large crowds and ensure smooth flow of devotees, Mangaldeep will be also providing 300 barricades at the main Temple and over 100 barricades at the Temple entrance.
Further, Aashirvaad Svasthi, ITC’s Ghee brand, is set to spread and imbue the ‘Aro-Ma of Love’ in the Temple. In a gesture of devotion, ITC will be providing Aashirvaad Svasti Pure Cow Ghee which will illuminate thousands of Diyas (lamps) during the auspicious day marking the homecoming of Lord Ram in the newly constructed Ram Mandir.
Adani Wilmar: Adani Wilmar, under its brand Fortune, has curated a series of activities that promise to add to the festive spirit. Vineeth Viswambharan, Associate Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Adani Wilmar, stated, “The Ram Mandir consecration celebrations in Ayodhya hold immense significance to those who will gather at Ayodhya from across the globe. We have planned to fascinate visitors with a carefully curated range of special traditional delicacies befitting the occasion, all prepared entirely using the range of Fortune products.” Over seven days, Fortune plans to distribute over 25,000 delightful jalebis shaped in the form of the ‘Bloom’, which is the ‘Fortune logo’. Fortune will introduce a unique pakoda platter, made exclusively with the brand’s products, at 10 snack shops across the city. Fortune is set to organise a one-day event of bhog on a grand scale. This ‘mega-bhog’ will feature a feast, prepared with the brand’s products, for over 5,000 people.
Signify: Signify announced the illumination of Ram Path and sections of Ram Mandir with customized ornamental and functional lights. GRM Foodkraft is setting up an Atta processing unit with a daily capacity of 200 metric tonne closer to Ayodhya. “We anticipate a significant increase in demand for consumer staples in and around Ayodhya. To meet that growing demand, we are planning to set up an Atta processing unit with a daily capacity of 200 metric tonne strategically located closer to Ayodhya.
