Adani Green Energy (AGEL), through its various step-down subsidiaries, has operationalised 307 MW of power projects in Gujarat from January 1, 2026.

AEGL: Project details

As per its regulatory filing, the company has operationalised an aggregate 307.4 MW of power projects at Khavda, Gujarat. With the commissioning of these projects, AGEL’s total operational renewable energy capacity has increased to 17,237.2 MW.

The company stated that, based on receipt of the relevant clearances, it decided on December 31, 2025, to operationalise the projects and commence power generation from January 1, 2026.

Of the total 307.4 MW capacity, Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five operationalised the largest 126 MW hybrid project, while Adani Green Energy Twenty Five C commissioned a 75 MW solar project. This was followed by Adani Green Energy Twenty Six B, which synced a 50 MW hybrid project, the filing said.

The company’s other step-down subsidiaries include Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five, which commissioned a 31.2 MW wind energy project, and Adani Renewable Energy Forty One, which commissioned a 0.2 MW wind energy project.

Adani Green incorporates new renewable energy subsidiary

Adani Green Energy’s subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named Adani Ecogen Four Limited (AE4L), the company said in an official statement.

As per the regulatory filing, AE4L has an authorised and paid-up capital of Rs 1 lakh and is yet to commence operations.

The company stated that the primary objective of AE4L is to generate and supply electricity using wind, solar, or other renewable energy sources.

The disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Following these announcements, the company’ share prices were up nearly 1% in the intraday session. Over the last six months the company’ stock has declined by nearly 1%. The share price of Adani Green has declined by nearly 3% on a year-to-date basis.
