Adani Energy Solutions has received an order for the supply of 60 MW of renewable energy to RSMW, a textile company based in Bhilwara. In an exchange filing, Adani Energy Solutions said that under the agreement, RSWM will invest Rs 60 crore under the Group Captive Scheme with a renewable genco for the supply of 31.53 crore units of electricity per annum to its manufacturing facilities across Rajasthan.
Adani Energy Solutions said that the order will be executed by its dedicated commercial and industrial arm, which serves bulk electricity users. The Adani Group company stated that it aims to expand its commercial and industrial portfolio by 7,000 MW over the next five years.

Adani Energy Solutions Q2 results
Adani Energy Solutions reported a 6.7 per cent revenue growth in the second quarter of FY26. The company posted a consolidated revenue of Rs 6,596 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 6,184 crore in Q2 FY25.
While the Adani Group company posted a revenue growth in the quarter, its profit declined by 28 per cent during the same period. The company’s PAT came down to Rs 557 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 773 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
