SpaceBasic, a B2B SaaS company, has announced a partnership with Good Host Spaces. This collaboration aims to mark a step towards enhancing the quality of student housing operations.
According to an official release, Good Host Spaces’ partnership with SpaceBasic will leverage the latter’s technology to optimise student housing management. From what it’s understood, SpaceBasic’s AI technology will personalise and enhance the quality of student life. Reportedly, the collaboration will leverage automation and data-driven insights to optimise property management, maintenance, and administrative processes, as SpaceBasic’s technology is expected to bolster security protocols.

Moreover, the collaboration is believed to provide data and analytics to Good Host Spaces, for making data-driven decisions, enhancing service delivery, and anticipating and addressing resident needs.
