According to an official release, Solvo Legal, a legal advisory firm, launched its initiative, “A comprehensive guide to developing compliant Web3.0 projects in India” at the Mumbai City Experience, Fintech Festival India 2024.
The guide is believed to provide practical insights into the nuances of the regulatory framework, offering clarity on issues related to operations and transactions that may require further understanding.
“Web3.0 projects are encouraged to adhere to the FIU framework, and we anticipate seeking additional clarity and guidance on specific issues to further foster innovation and compliance in this dynamic space,” Sharat Chandra, co-founder, India Blockchain Forum, explained.
It is believed that in spite of initiating many advancements, certain nuances remain unresolved, and Solvo Legal’s guide plans to fill this gap by providing resources for seeking clarity and guidance.
